These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of xtreamcode.store (the “Site”) and any IPTV subscription service purchased through it (the “Service”), operated by XtreamCode IPTV (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, contacting us, or otherwise using the Site or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Service.
We provide access credentials (such as an Xtream Codes login or M3U playlist link) that allow you to stream live television channels and video-on-demand content through third-party IPTV player applications on your own compatible devices. We do not manufacture, sell, or provide the playback devices or applications themselves.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to access the type of content offered in your country of residence.
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout or communicated during your order and are due in full before activation, unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed through the methods we make available at the time of your order. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; changes will not affect subscriptions already paid for.
If a free trial is offered, it is provided at our sole discretion, may be limited in duration and features, and may be discontinued or modified at any time without notice. No payment method is required to activate a free trial unless explicitly stated otherwise.
While we strive to maintain reliable, high-quality streaming with minimal interruptions, IPTV services depend on factors outside our control, including your internet connection, third-party content sources, and device compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% uptime service, and occasional channel changes, outages, or content removals may occur.

Content accessible through the Service is sourced from third-party providers. We do not host, store, or broadcast the underlying content ourselves. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing such content is lawful in your country of residence, and we encourage you to review local broadcasting and copyright regulations that may apply to you.
Refund eligibility is described in our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XtreamCode IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by simply not renewing your subscription; subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly agreed.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or for legal and operational reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
